Super Terminais is a port certified under the AEO (Authorised Economic Operator) programme, which reinforces our commitment to the security of the cargo and containers stored at our facilities.

To ensure that security, reduce environmental impact and bring more speed and transparency to our processes, we developed River Port Hub, a digital platform that integrates processes, information queries, cargo tracking and the management of the terminal's logistics operations.

Access to cargo data and to the platform's features requires prior registration.

How do I register for River Port Hub?

1. Creating the user Go to River Port Hub and start your registration: https://service.superterminais.com.br:8443/river/ Register the user (individual) in the system. To do so, send a photo ID showing the CPF (front and back). 2. Registering the company Once the user is created, register the company in the system, providing the tax ID (CNPJ) and the remaining registration details. Important: the company must be in good standing with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service to be authorised to operate at Super Terminais. 3. Requesting the link to the company If the company already has an active pre-registration in our system, simply create a user and request the link to the company. To link your user to the registered company, send one of the following documents: Power of Attorney; Articles of Association; Letter of authorisation. Note: the document must be digitally signed by the company's legal representative or attorney-in-fact, using an electronic signature platform such as Gov.br, DocuSign or Adobe Sign. Important: only after the link has been verified and approved will the user be able to access the system and carry out operations on behalf of the company in River Port Hub.

Who can access information about containers and cargo stored at Super Terminais?

Container and cargo information can be accessed by customers, customs brokers and carriers who are duly registered and linked to the River Port Hub system. Important: to view information and schedule deliveries or pick-ups, the user must have an active registration and an approved link to the company.

Tracking is available through the River Port Hub system. Go to: Operations/Documentation → Query and Traceability There the user can follow the available information related to the cargo and container operation.

Bookings are made exclusively through the River Port Hub system. Each type of operation has its own requirements and procedures, which must be observed when the request is made.

Can I change or cancel a booking?

Yes. A booking can be changed or cancelled directly in the River Port Hub system while its status is still current. During that period you can also update details such as the driver and vehicle linked to the booking.

Log in to River Port Hub and find the booking; Double-click the booking; Choose the edit or cancel option; Confirm to complete the update.

What are the Terminal's service and operating hours?

Administrative service hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:30am to 5:30pm. Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm. On public holidays these hours may change, according to the Terminal's operational schedule. The Terminal also runs on a three-shift basis, ensuring continuity of operational activities.
